We have just buried our dog Champ who was 12 years old and Billy ,Brenda and Anne were so kind and helpful to our family in our grief we are delighted where our dog has been laid to rest and we would highly recommend their services please accept our grateful thanks to you all.

When Mac died any pet owner can understand the impact that had on us. We were impressed by the sevice provided by Paws RIP. When Anne met us she was very professional and I don't mean that in a cold uncaring manner. She put us at ease and showed us into a lovely peacefull room where we had a family time alone with Mac. At all stages we have been impressed by Paws RIP from our first contact to the time my wife called to collect Mac's ashes. A pets death can be a stressfull enough occassion and I'm glad to say that Anne and Billy were sensitive and helpful without being overbearing or intrusive. The Dawson family would like to thank Paws RIP for their personal service. It cannot be easy dealing with bereaved pet owners but you did it very well and I would not hesitate to recommend you to others.

1 year ago my gorgeous handsome cat Simba had to be put to sleep as he was really ill and there was nothing more anyone could do to help him, I was and still am absolutely gutted Simba wasn't just a cat, he was my best friend he IS my soul mate and mostly he was MY SON... PAWS r.i.p were wonderful, kind caring and listened to my wishes for Simba. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who loses such a loved member of the family... I hate th phrase he's just..... Thank you for all you did for Simba, he has safely crossed over Rainbow bridge where I will meet him one day and be together again eternally.

What a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind to us and treated Toffee, my daughter's Bearded Dragon with the greatest of respect. Anne made us feel welcome and took time to listen to some of our stories about Toffee and her short life. She was only 2 and 1/2 years old. Lovely, peaceful surroundings, lovely, compassionate staff, what more could you ask for at these sad times. Thank you Anne and Brenda for your kindness and understanding. To some people Toffee may have been "just a bearded dragon" but to my daughter she was a special little girl and PAWS R.I.P. treated her as "special" too. Run to the rainbow Toffee, sleep tight

"This is the second time I have used the services of Paws RIP . The first time nearly two years ago for my much loved wee cat Guinness and this time for my mum's much loved Chantilly. I can only say they have maintained their very high standard two years on. The way they use the pet's name when in contact either by telephone or text. The high standard of the package containing the ashes and other items is such a comfort at what is a heartbreaking time. Today I went to collect Chantilly from the vets (where she had been returned by Paws RIP). Both the veterinary nurses told me how impressed they were with the person who collected then returned Chantilly to them. This person referred to Chantilly by her name and took great care when taking her to their van.
